My Approach

Adaptive

Change is inevitable — especially in fast-paced environments. I stay closely aligned with stakeholders so that when business needs shift, the design can pivot too — thoughtfully and strategically. I work to adapt solutions without losing sight of their purpose, ensuring the final product continues to meet user needs and business goals.

Practical

I approach every project with a strong understanding of real-world constraints — from technical limitations to tight deadlines and shifting priorities. I work to identify what’s essential, what can be adapted, and how to make smart trade-offs without compromising the integrity of the design. Clear prioritization ensures we deliver meaningful outcomes, even within complex or evolving boundaries.

March Nutrition Month Challenge

Each March, Cigna runs a daily Instagram trivia for National Nutrition Month. To boost engagement beyond the usual format, our team was asked to reimagine the experience — transforming our existing GWC platform into a new, nutrition-focused challenge.

Global Wellness Challenge 2.0

Since 2015, Cigna’s Global Wellness Challenge has encouraged employees and their families to build healthy habits through summer movement. In 2022, I was tasked with redesigning the platform to improve usability and reenergize the experience.

Data Capture 2.0

To reduce costs and scale global operations, Cigna needed a better way to ingest claims data. I was brought in to redesign their manual data entry process — transforming it into a new, validation-first workflow with auto-populated forms and integrated document viewing.
